Currently HunterNet Group Training Company is seeking an Apprentice Fitters/Welder for our Host Employer located in Newcastle. The Host Employer have been supplying quality products to Australian Industries and many other industries around the world. Our Host Employer consider themselves the be “Leaders in the world of Hydraulic, Pneumatic in Mining applications”

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include;

Extensive Hydraulic Pneumatic maintenance experience

Measuring Interpret technical drawings

Use of power/hand tools

Welding Operations

Sandblasting and cleaning of various parts

Following WHS policy and procedure

Safety Awareness To become the successful candidate you will process the following skills attributes;

Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Good attitude and assertive behaviour

Attention to detail ability to take direction

White Card Desirable

Forklift License

Excellent communication

Must be very organised

Must be adaptable

Be able to work within a team and on own
