This role will be focused on breakdown and preventative maintenance on Coal Handling and Preparation plants, which will require someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in this environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical FItter (Craft Trade Certificates)

OHS General Induction (whitecard or other nationally recognised)

First Aid Certificate (must be current)

Work at Heights (must be 2 years since completed)

Confined Space (must be 2 years since completed)

High Risk Work Licence – Forklift

High Risk Work Licence – Dogging

HIGHLY REGARDED QUALIFICATIONS:
High Risk Work Licence – EWP 11m

Welding

RISI Card

Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card

CONDITIONS:
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a full coal services pre employment medical including drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement.

Our client is currently seeking a Welder / Oxy Cutter to work at their Carrington site to commence as soon as possible.

This is a casual role, with an estimated length of assignment to be two to three months, and could potentially be ongoing after this.

Initially you will be working two to three days per week, and could potentially work up to five days per week.

This position involves undertaking maintenance work on shipping containers.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:
